Recruiting

We need to do some massive recruiting people. We need more trustworthy members that can help us grow and get us some bigger scrim teams. So here's the deal. We are CONSIDERING giving out awards for people who referr people for recruiting. For the certain amount of people recruited because of you there will be a reward, medals or possibly promotions. I havent thought it out fully yet, but I wanted to see what people thought. We'd like to raise the clan up a bit and we need everyone's help. So your actions will be rewarded, but it should be for the greater good not just for the reward. Also when you refer someone to recruit reply to their post vouching for them and convincing me to add them. We'd really appreciate this so let me know what you all think. We'd like to be a democracy so rewards for recruiting? Will that help you guys?
